Vetting includes visits without warning. What we fund is what we have seen, and the visits continue after the funding begins.
The seats open.
Our portion is paid directly to each yungerman's bank account, monthly and on time. Priority goes to yungerleit who did not have a kollel the previous zman: the funding adds seats, it does not replace support that already exists.
